Lose (fish)
Perch is the name of any species of the genus-type perchidae, such as, for example, Perca fluviatilis, which is considered the true perch. Perch is a collection of different species of native freshwater fish from around the world. Nile perch, Lates niloticus, is one of the largest freshwater fish, but living on Lake Nasser is not certain to have inhabited the ancient Nile. It is possible to recognize some fish that ancient Egyptians fished, such as tilapia and tiger fish. Other species are harder to recognize.
