WHAT DOES ÇAPAK MEAN IN TURKISH?
Deep-fried fish
It is a kind of freshwater fish belonging to the family of sharks. The bark is caught on average between 30 and 50 cm. Occasionally, weighs up to 75 centimeters and weighs 7 kilos. The back shines like light green, brown, yellow or black. Except for the chest fins, all fins are dark gray in color. The chest fins are light gray in color and almost big enough to reach your abdomen fins. And it is possible to distinguish these chest fins and burrs from the woodpecker, which is very similar to them and often mixed with burrs. These two species also mate and spawn at the same time.
