Hexi Corridor
Hexi corridor, located in the west of the Yellow River in China, was northwest - southeast to narrow long plains, shaped like a corridor, hence the name. Its range is from the east of Wushaoling, west to Yumen Pass, between the north and south between Nanshan (Qilian Mountains and Al Jinshan) and Beishan (Ma Zongshan, He Li Shan and Long Shou Shan), about 900 km wide and several kilometers to nearly 100 Km range. As the whole territory are under the jurisdiction of Gansu Province, it is also known as "Gansu corridor."
