Harvest
Harvest is the process of cutting down the crop and preparing for the next step. It is called "farming" in ancient Chinese. "The Book of Songs, Wei Feng," "There is no crop is not farming, Hu Wo three hundred 廛 Xi?" "Book Hong Fan" in the king Su Note: "kind of said Jia, convergence of said farming." Here "Farming" simply refers to the meaning of harvest crops. The harvested crop is called harvest. The time for each crop is different, too early or too late to affect the quality of the crop.
