Republic of China
The Republic of China is a republican republic in East Asia and the oldest democratic republic in Asia. From 1912 to 1971, the Republic of China was widely recognized internationally on behalf of China; today by its main jurisdiction and political factors, in many international occasions known as Taiwan or Chinese Taipei. The Republic of China on January 1, 1912 announced the formal establishment, followed by the Qing Dynasty rule in mainland China and the Mongolian region, and after the end of the Second World War from Japan to receive Taiwan.
