Organización plana
Una organización plana es una organización que tiene una estructura organizativa con pocos o ningún nivel de gestión intermedia entre el personal y los ejecutivos. Elevando el nivel de responsabilidad de los empleados de línea de base y eliminando capas de la gerencia intermedia, los comentarios y la retroalimentación llegan a todo el personal involucrado en las decisiones más rápidamente.
