QUÉ SIGNIFICA MONISM EN INGLÉS
Monismo
El monismo es la visión filosófica de que una variedad de cosas existentes puede ser explicada en términos de una sola realidad o sustancia. La amplia definición establece que todas las cosas existentes se remontan a una fuente que es distinta de ellas. Una definición restringida y comúnmente usada del monismo afirma la presencia de una sustancia o esencia unificadora. Hay que distinguir "monismo de cosas" de "monismo de cosas". Según el monismo material, sólo hay un tipo de cosas, aunque puede haber muchas cosas hechas de estas cosas. Según el monismo de las cosas, sólo existe estrictamente una cosa, que sólo puede dividirse artificial y arbitrariamente en muchas cosas. En contraste con el monismo, están el dualismo metafísico y el pluralismo metafísico. El término monismo se originó de la filosofía occidental, y se ha aplicado a menudo a varias religiones.
