QUÉ SIGNIFICA O LEVEL EN INGLÉS
Nivel Ordinario de la CME
El Nivel O es una calificación basada en la asignatura otorgada como parte del Certificado General de Educación. Fue introducido como parte de la reforma educativa británica en la década de 1950 junto con el nivel A más profundo y académicamente riguroso en Inglaterra, Gales e Irlanda del Norte. Inglaterra, Gales e Irlanda del Norte reemplazaron los Niveles O con los exámenes GCSE e IGCSE en 1988. El equivalente escocés fue el grado O. La calificación de O Level sigue siendo otorgada por los Exámenes Internacionales de Cambridge en lugares selectos, en lugar de o junto con los títulos de Certificado General Internacional de Educación Secundaria. Sin embargo, el Nivel O de Cambridge ya se ha eliminado gradualmente y ya no está disponible en ciertas regiones administrativas, aunque sigue estando disponible en otros.
