El desempeño específico es una orden de un tribunal que requiere que una parte realice un acto específico, generalmente lo que se indica en un contrato. Es una alternativa a la concesión de daños y perjuicios, y se clasifica como un recurso equitativo comúnmente utilizado en forma de medida cautelar referente a información confidencial o bienes inmuebles.
