Ural-Altaico, también Uralo-Altaico o Uraltaic, es una obsoleta propuesta de la familia de lenguas que une las lenguas uralica y altaica. Originalmente sugerido en el siglo XIX, la hipótesis gozó de amplia aceptación entre los lingüistas a mediados del siglo XX. Desde los años sesenta, ha sido controvertido y rechazado. A partir de los años noventa, el interés en una relación entre las familias uralíes y altaicas ha sido revivido en el contexto de la hipótesis eurasiática. Bomhard trata a los grupos hiriales, altaicos e indoeuropeos como grupos eurasiáticos en pie de igualdad.
