Alucinaciones (alucinaciones) (lat: (h) Al (l) = ucinatio delirio o (h) Al (l) = ucinari delirio, delirio, sueño.) - percepción sensorial se produce en ausencia de un estímulo externo. Las alucinaciones se caracterizan por: ▪ son percibidos por el paciente como las sensaciones verdaderas ▪ son percibidos como procedentes de la experiencia de uno de los órganos de los sentidos no están ▪ distorsión de los estímulos externos existentes (delirios) alucinaciones se dividen en: auditivas, visuales, olfativas, el gusto y somática. Alucinaciones se clasifican como los llamados síntomas positivos, ya que proporcionan una clara desviación de los procesos cognitivos normales, en contraste con los síntomas negativos, que expresan no o bajar la reacción normal en el individuo. El grupo también incluye alucinaciones seudoalucinaciones - ideas que se forman sin la participación de los estímulos externos, el paciente recibe estos hallazgos patológicos como real, pero son vistos por él como procedentes de fuera de la percepción de los espacios disponibles para el sentido propio, por ejemplo.

Halucynacje (omamy) (łac.: (h)al(l)ucinatio = majaczenie lub (h)al(l)ucinari = bredzić, majaczyć, śnić) – spostrzeżenia zmysłowe pojawiające się bez wystąpienia zewnętrznego bodźca. Omamy charakteryzują się: ▪ są przez chorego odbierane jako prawdziwe doznania zmysłowe ▪ odbierane są jako wrażenia pochodzące z jednego z narządów zmysłów ▪ nie są zniekształceniem istniejących bodźców zewnętrznych (złudzenia) Halucynacje dzielą się na: słuchowe, wzrokowe, węchowe, smakowe oraz somatyczne. Omamy zalicza się do tak zwanych objawów pozytywnych, gdyż stanowią wyraźne odchylenie od normalnych procesów poznawczych, w przeciwieństwie do objawów negatywnych, które wyrażają brak lub obniżenie normalnych reakcji u chorego. Do grupy halucynacji należą także pseudohalucynacje – są spostrzeżeniami, które powstają bez udziału bodźców zewnętrznych, chory odbiera te spostrzeżenia patologiczne jako rzeczywiste, lecz odbierane są przez niego jako dochodzące spoza miejsc dostępnych percepcji właściwych dla danego zmysłu, np.
