Koful son los espacios llenos de líquido en el citoplasma. Koful, también llamado Vakuol, se encuentra en plantas enteras y hongos, algunos protistas y animales, y algunas bacterias. Yaşlı bitkilerde koful, hücrede daha çok yer kaplar. Kofullar; endoplazmik redikulum, hücre zarı, golgi cisimciği veya lizozomdan oluşabilir.
