Un agent de soutien de la communauté de la police ou un agent de soutien communautaire est un membre civil du personnel de police employé en tant qu'agent uniformisé non garanti par l'une des quarante-trois forces de police territoriale en Angleterre et au Pays de Galles ou dans la police britannique des transports. Les PCSA ont été introduits en septembre 2002 et ont d'abord été recrutés par la Police métropolitaine en vertu de la loi de réforme de la police de 2002 qui a reçu la sanction royale par la Reine Elizabeth II le 24 juillet 2002.
