QUE SIGNIFIE FLEXICURITY EN ANGLAIS
Flexicurité
La flexicurité est un modèle d'État providence avec une politique du marché du travail proactive. Le terme a été inventé par le Premier ministre social-démocrate du Danemark Poul Nyrup Rasmussen dans les années 1990. Le terme se réfère à la combinaison de la flexibilité du marché du travail dans une économie dynamique et la sécurité pour les travailleurs. Le gouvernement du Danemark considère la flexicurité comme impliquant un «triangle d'or» avec une «flexibilité à trois facettes du marché du travail combinée à la sécurité sociale et à une politique active du marché du travail avec des droits et des obligations pour les chômeurs». La Commission européenne considère la flexicurité comme une stratégie intégrée pour accroître simultanément la flexibilité et la sécurité sur le marché du travail. La flexicurité est conçue et mise en œuvre dans quatre composantes politiques: 1) arrangements contractuels flexibles et fiables; 2) stratégies globales d'apprentissage tout au long de la vie; 3) politiques actives du marché du travail actives; Et 4) des systèmes modernes de sécurité sociale offrant un soutien adéquat du revenu pendant les transitions de l'emploi. Tout cela se fait dans un contexte de salaire minimum élevé et de salaire moyen élevé, en plus d'une imposition progressive évidente.
