Isomère
En chimie, les isomères sont des molécules ayant la même formule moléculaire mais différentes structures chimiques. C'est-à-dire que les isomères contiennent le même nombre d'atomes de chaque élément, mais ont des arrangements différents de leurs atomes dans l'espace. Les isomères ne partagent pas nécessairement des propriétés similaires, à moins qu'ils aient également les mêmes groupes fonctionnels. Il existe de nombreuses classes d'isomères, comme les isomères positionnels, les isomères cis-trans et les énantiomères, etc. Il existe deux formes principales d'isomérisme: isomérisme structurel et stéréoisomérie.
