Société anonyme
Une société par actions est une entité appartenant à des actionnaires. Chaque actionnaire détient la partie de la société en proportion de sa propriété des actions de la société. Cela permet la propriété inégale d'une entreprise avec certains actionnaires possédant une plus grande proportion d'une entreprise que d'autres. Les actionnaires sont en mesure de transférer leurs actions à d'autres sans effets sur l'existence continue de l'entreprise. Dans le droit des sociétés moderne, l'existence d'une société par actions est souvent synonyme d'incorporation et de responsabilité limitée. Et en conséquence, les sociétés par actions sont communément appelées sociétés ou sociétés à responsabilité limitée.
