Le diéthylamide d'acide lysergique, le LSD ou le LSD-25 abrégé, également connu sous le nom de lysergide et colloquialement comme acide, est un médicament psychédélique semi-synthétique de la famille des ergoline, bien connu pour ses effets psychologiques qui peuvent inclure des processus de réflexion altérés, des effets visuels fermés et ouverts , La synesthésie, un sens du temps et des expériences spirituelles altérées, ainsi que son rôle clé dans la contre-culture des années 1960. La forme courte "LSD" provient de son nom de code antérieur LSD-25, qui est l'abréviation de "Lysergsäure-dieethylamid" allemande suivie d'un numéro séquentiel.
