Microélectronique
Microelectronics est un sous-domaine de l'électronique. Comme son nom l'indique, la microélectronique concerne l'étude et la fabrication de très petits modèles et composants électroniques. Habituellement, mais pas toujours, cela signifie une échelle micrométrique ou plus petite. Ces dispositifs sont généralement fabriqués à partir de matériaux semi-conducteurs.
