Liaison peptidique
Une liaison peptidique est une liaison chimique covalente formée entre deux molécules lorsque le groupe carboxyle d'une molécule réagit avec le groupe amino de l'autre molécule, provoquant la libération d'une molécule d'eau, d'où le processus est une réaction de synthèse de déshydratation et se produit habituellement Entre les acides aminés. La liaison CNH résultante est appelée une liaison peptidique, et la molécule résultante est un amide. Le groupe fonctionnel à quatre atomes -CNH- est appelé une liaison peptidique.
