Anticorps anti-insuline Il a été rapporté que l'insulinothérapie est très retardée chez les patients diabétiques qui ont reçu un traitement par insuline pendant au moins 3 mois par rapport aux patients sans insuline. De plus, la fraction γ-globuline sérique de ces patients a montré une liaison élevée de l'insuline 13II, ce qui démontre la présence d'anticorps anti-insuline. La résistance à l'insuline des anticorps anti-insuline est considérée comme une cause de diabète (diabète résistant). Et l'auto-hypersensibilité à l'insuline (auto-hypoglycémie) comme principale cause de la maladie est le syndrome auto-immunes (syndrome auto-immunes) qui est l'insuline. Il s'agit d'une maladie dans laquelle l'anticorps insulinique produit par auto-immunité est prouvé dans le sang (sang) même s'il n'est pas injecté d'insuline. 인슐린항체 인슐린치료를 적어도 3개월 받은 당뇨병 환자에게 13II-인슐린을 정주(靜注)하면 인슐린 치료를 받지 않은 환자에 비해서 매우 지연된다는 사실이 보고되었다. 또한 이와 같은 환자의 혈청 γ-글로불린 분획(分劃)은 높은13II-인슐린의 결합을 나타낸다는 사실이 밝혀져, 인슐린항체의 존재가 증명되었다. 인슐린항체의 인슐린저항성당뇨병(抵抗性糖尿病)의 한가지 원인으로 중시되고 있다. 그리고 인슐린주사력(自發性低血糖)을 주소(主訴)로 하는 질환으로 인슐린자가면역증후군(自家免疫症候群)이 있다. 이것은 인슐린주사를 맞지 않았는데도 자가 면역에 의하여 생긴 인슐린항체가 혈중(血中)에 증명되는 질환이다.
