Perkara Mubah juga boleh menjadi haram atau makruh sekiranya melakukan tanpa etika sebagai seorang Islam yang baik misalnya, orang Islam yang memakan atau minum secara berlebih-lebihan serta gelojoh adalah perbuatan yang tidak baik serta boleh jatuh haram sekiranya makan dengan makanan dari sumber yang haram ataupun makan sehingga boleh membahayakan kesihatan dirinya.
