La defeminazione è un termine in biologia dello sviluppo, in particolare zoologia, che fa riferimento ad un aspetto del processo di differenziazione sessuale con la quale una potenziale struttura, funzione o comportamento femminile-specifica è impedita di svilupparsi da uno dei processi di sviluppo maschile.
