La fotografia Kirlian è una collezione di tecniche fotografiche utilizzate per catturare il fenomeno delle scariche coroniche elettriche. Ha il nome di Semyon Kirlian, che nel 1939 ha accidentalmente scoperto che se un oggetto su una lastra fotografica è collegato ad una sorgente ad alta tensione, un'immagine viene prodotta sulla piastra fotografica. La tecnica è stata variamente conosciuta come "elettrografia", "elettrofotografia", "fotografia a scarica corona", "bioelettrografia", "visualizzazione gas scarico", "imaging elettrofotonica" e, nella letteratura russa, "Kirlianography". La fotografia di Kirlian è stata oggetto della ricerca scientifica principale, della ricerca parapsicologica e dell'arte. In larga misura, è stato cooptato da promotori di pseudoscienza, scienze della frangia e indicazioni di salute paranormali in libri, riviste, workshop e siti web.
