Le isole Palm sono due isole artificiali a Dubai, Emirati Arabi Uniti a forma di palme. I gestori belgi e olandesi di dragaggio e marittimi Jan De Nul e Van Oord sono stati assunti per completare la costruzione. Le isole sono il Palm Jumeirah e il Palm Jebel Ali. Ogni insediamento sarà a forma di palma, sormontata da una mezzaluna. Gli insediamenti avranno un gran numero di centri residenziali, di svago e di intrattenimento e aggiungeranno 520 chilometri di spiagge non pubbliche alla città di Dubai. Le due isole comprenderanno circa 100.000 metri cubi di roccia e di sabbia. Tutti i materiali saranno ceduti in UAE. La creazione della Palm Jumeirah è iniziata nel giugno del 2001. Poco dopo, è stata annunciata la Palm Jebel Ali e sono iniziati i lavori di bonifica. È stata progettata una terza isola e la costruzione è iniziata, ma questo progetto è stato successivamente ristrutturato e rinominato nell'isola di Deira.
