La Commissione dei servizi postali, nota come Postcomm, era un dipartimento non ministeriale del governo del Regno Unito incaricato di sovrintendere alla qualità e al servizio universale di post nel Regno Unito. È stato istituito nel 2000 sotto la Postal Services Act 2000. Postcomm è stato fuso nel regolatore delle comunicazioni Ofcom il 1 ottobre 2011.
