Metodo di tableaux analitico
Nella teoria della prova, la tabella semantica è una procedura decisionale per logiche sentenziali e correlate e una procedura di prova per formule di logica di primo ordine. Il metodo della tabella può anche determinare la soddisfacenza di gruppi finiti di formule di varie logiche. È la procedura di prova più popolare per le logiche modali. Il metodo dei tableaux semantici è stato inventato dal logico olandese Evert Willem Beth e semplificato da Raymond Smullyan. È la semplificazione di Smullyan, "tavole unilaterali", che viene descritta di seguito. Una tabella analitica ha, per ogni nodo, una sottomodula della formula all'origine. In altre parole, è una tabella che soddisfa la proprietà della subformula.
