Il telelavoro, il lavoro remoto o il telelavoro sono un accordo di lavoro in cui i dipendenti non commutano in un posto centrale di lavoro. Una persona che telelavora è conosciuta come un "telelavoratore", "telelavoratore" e talvolta come dipendente "a casa" o "lavoro a casa". Molti telelavoratori lavorano da casa, mentre altri, a volte chiamati "lavoratori nomadi", utilizzano la tecnologia delle telecomunicazioni mobili per lavorare da caffè o da altri luoghi.
