合資会社
合資会社とは、株主が所有する事業体である。 各株主は、同社の株式の所有権に比例してその会社の部分を所有しています。 これは、他の企業よりも企業の割合が高い一部の株主とのビジネスの不公平な所有を可能にします。 株主は、会社の存続に何ら影響を与えることなく、株式を他人に移転することができます。 現代の会社法では、株式会社の存在は、しばしば設立と有限責任と同義です。 その結果、共同株式会社は一般に企業や有限会社と呼ばれています。 いくつかの管轄区域では、依然として有限責任の登録をする可能性があります。 英国および会社法のモデルを採用している他の国では、これらは無制限の企業として知られています。 米国では、単に「合資会社」と呼ばれています。
