アンチトロンビン血液中に存在する血液凝固抑制因子の一つであり、トロンビンを中和して不活性化する物質である。 アンチトロンビンは、I、II、III、IVがあり、通常の生体中におけるトロンビンの生成を抑制して血液凝固を起こさないようにしている。 アンチトロンビンを測定する検査として、アンチトロンビンIIIが頻繁に使用され、正常値は17〜30mg / lである。 アンチトロンビンIIIが減少する疾患としては播種性血管内凝固症候群、急性心筋梗塞などがあり、抗凝固薬投与では増加する。 안티트롬빈 혈액속에 존재하는 혈액응고억제인자의 하나이고 트롬빈을 중화해서 불활성화하는 물질이다. 안티트롬빈은 I, II, III, IV가 있으며, 정상생체중에 있어서 트롬빈의 생성을 억제해 혈액응고를 일으키지 않도록 하고 있다. 안티트롬빈을 측정하는 검사로서 안티트롬빈 III이 자주 사용되고, 정상치는 17~30mg/l이다. 안티트롬빈 III이 감소하는 질환으로서는 파종성 혈관내 응고증후군, 급성 심근경색 등이 있으며, 항응고제투여에서는 증가한다.
