甲状腺腺腫、甲状腺腫瘍は良性と悪性があり、電子の大部分を占めるのが甲状腺腺腫であり、病理組織学的に胚性腺腫、胎児性腺腫、ソーヤー賞腺腫、貸与賞腺腫、乳頭商船種などに分類される。 甲状腺腺腫は、ほとんど結節上に表面平滑、境界がはっきりし周囲との癒着もなく圧痛もない。 結節は孤立性または多発性であり、大きさも様々である。 患者に苦痛がない限り、放置しても支障はないのに、美容上、または巨大になって圧迫症状を示す場合には、抽出する。 갑상샘선종 갑상샘종양에는 양성과 악성이 있는데 전자의 대부분을 차지하는 것이 갑상샘선종이고 병리조직학적으로 배아성선종, 태아성 선종, 소여포상 선종, 대여포상선종, 유두상선종 등으로 분류된다. 갑상샘선종은 대부분 결절상으로 표면평활, 경계가 뚜렷하고 주위와의 유착도 없으며 압통도 없다. 결절은 고립성 또는 다발성이고 크기도 다양하다. 환자에게 고통이 없는 한 방치해도 지장은 없는데 미용상, 또는 거대해져 압박증상을 나타내는 경우에는 적출한다.
