무수 유기산
유기산 무수물은 유기 화합물 인 산 무수물이다. 산 무수물은 동일한 산소 원자에 결합 된 2 개의 아실기를 갖는 화합물이다. 일반적인 유형의 유기산 무수물은 카르 복실 산 무수물이며, 여기서 모 산은 카르 복실 산이고, 무수물의 화학식은 (RC (O)) 2O이다. 이 유형의 대칭 산 무수물은 모 카르 복실 산의 이름으로 산을 무수라는 단어로 대체하여 명명됩니다. 따라서, (CH3CO) 2O는 무수 아세트산이라고 불린다. 아세트산 포름산 무수물 (하기 참조)과 같은 혼합 (또는 비대칭) 산 무수물이 공지되어있다. 산 무수물의 하나 또는 두 개의 아실 그룹은 또한 다른 유형의 유기산, 예컨대 설 폰산 또는 포스 폰산으로부터 유도 될 수있다. 산 무수물의 아실 그룹 중 하나는 인산과 같은 무기산으로부터 유도 될 수있다. 혼합 된 무수물 인 1,3- 비스 포스 포 글리세 레이트는 해당 작용을 통해 ATP를 형성하는 중간체이며 3- 포스 포 글리세린 산과 인산 간의 혼합 무수물이다. 산성 산화물은 종종 산 무수물로 분류됩니다.
