콜로이드
콜로이드는 다른 물질에 현미경으로 분산 된 물질입니다. 분산상 입자는 약 1 내지 1000 나노 미터의 직경을 갖는다. 이러한 입자는 일반적으로 광학 현미경으로 쉽게 볼 수 있지만, 더 작은 크기 범위에서는 현미경 또는 전자 현미경이 필요할 수 있습니다. 이 크기 범위에서 분산상을 갖는 균질 혼합물은 콜로이드 에어로졸, 콜로이드 에멀젼, 콜로이드 포움, 콜로이드 분산 또는 하이드로 졸로 불릴 수있다. 분산 상 입자 또는 액 적은 콜로이드 내에 존재하는 표면 화학에 크게 영향을 받는다. 일부 콜로이드는 Tyndall 효과 때문에 반투명합니다.이 효과는 콜로이드 입자 내의 빛에 의한 산란입니다. 다른 콜로이드는 불투명하거나 약간의 색상을 가질 수 있습니다. 콜로이드 현탁액은 계면 및 콜로이드 과학의 대상입니다. 이 연구 분야는 스코틀랜드의 과학자 Thomas Graham에 의해 1861 년에 도입되었습니다. 사전에있는 콜로이드의 첫 번째 정의는 콜로이드 솔루션, 콜로이드 서스펜션이라고도합니다. 다른 성분의 연속 상에 현탁 된, 직경이 10-7 내지 10-9 미터 인 하나의 성분의 입자를 갖는 혼합물. 혼합물은 용액과 미세 현탁액 사이의 성질을 갖는다. 콜로이드의 다른 정의는 그러한 혼합물에서 고형의 부유 상이다. 콜로이드는 또한 갑상선의 호르몬 분비를 보유하는 갑상선 모낭의 젤라틴 물질입니다.
