입체 이성질체
화학에서 입체 이성질체는 입체 이성질체의 한 형태이며 이성질체는 공식적으로 단일 결합에 대한 회전에 의해서만 상호 변환 될 수있다. 이러한 이성체는 일반적으로 입체 이성질체 또는 순응 화제, 특히 로타 머로서 언급된다. 단일 결합에 대한 회전은 하나의 순응자를 다른 것과 상호 변환하기 위해 극복되어야하는 회전 에너지 장벽에 의해 제한됩니다. 입체 이성질체는 단일 결합에 대한 회전이 상대적으로 방해받지 않을 때 발생한다. 즉, 에너지 장벽은 상호 변환이 발생하기에 충분히 작아야합니다. 따라서 입체 이성질체는 상호 전환이 필연적으로 화학 결합의 절단 및 개질을 수반하는 다른 입체 이성체 군과 구별된다. 예를 들어, L- \u0026 amp; D 및 R- \u0026 amp; 유기 분자의 S- 배열은 상이한 손 및 광학 활성을 가지며, 키랄 원자에 연결된 하나 이상의 결합을 끊고 다른 방향 또는 공간적 방향으로 유사한 결합을 개질함으로써 상호 변환 될 수있다. 서로 다른 로타 머간의 에너지에 대한 연구는 입체 분석 (conformational analysis)이라고합니다.
