소포체
소포체는 편평한 막 - 둘러싸인 주머니 또는 cisternae로 알려진 튜브의 상호 연결된 네트워크를 형성 진핵 생물의 세포에 organelle의 유형입니다. ER의 막은 핵막의 외막과 연속되어 있습니다. 소포체는 가장 원시적 인 Giardia를 포함하여 대부분의 유형의 진핵 세포에서 발생하지만 적혈구와 정자에는 존재하지 않습니다. 소포체에는 거친 소포체와 평활 한 소포체의 두 가지 유형이있다. 거친 소포체의 바깥면에는 단백질 합성 부위 인 리보솜 (ribosomes)이 박혀있다. 조잡한 소포체는 활성 단백질 합성이 일어나는 간세포와 같은 세포에서 특히 두드러진다. 부드러운 소포체는 리보솜이 없으며 지질 대사, 탄수화물 대사 및 해독 작용이 있으며 특히 포유류 간 및 생식선 세포에서 풍부합니다. 소포체의 레이스 막은 Keith R. Porter, Albert Claude, Brody Meskers 및 Ernest F. Fullam에 의해 1945 년에 처음 발견되었습니다.
