화염 세포
화염 세포는 flatworms, rotifers 및 nemerteans를 포함하여 가장 단순한 민물 무척추 동물에서 찾아낸 특별한 배설물 세포이다; 이들은 전용 배설 시스템을 갖는 가장 단순한 동물입니다. 화염 세포는 신장과 같이 기능하여 폐기물을 제거합니다. 화염 세포 번들은 프로토 네 피리 디아라고 불립니다. 화염 세포는 컵의 내부 표면을 덮고있는 편모 (flagella)와 함께 "컵 모양"돌출부가있는 핵 생성 된 셀 본체를 가지고 있습니다. 이 편모의 박동은 그 화염에 비유하여 그 세포의 이름을 부여합니다. 컵은 내부 표면이 섬모로 코팅되어 튜브 셀을 통해 액체를 이동시키는 데 도움이되는 튜브 셀에 부착됩니다. 관은 신생 혈관을 통해 또는 trematoda에서 배뇨 방광으로 외부로 열립니다. 이 세포의 기능은 웜의 삼투압을 조절하고 이온 밸런스를 유지하는 것입니다. 튜브 세포의 Microvilli는 일부 이온을 재 흡수하는 데 사용될 수 있습니다.
