그리 냐드 반응은 알데히드 또는 케톤의 카르보닐기에 알킬, 비닐 또는 아릴 - 마그네슘 할라이드가 첨가 된 유기 금속 화학 반응입니다. 이 반응은 탄소 - 탄소 결합의 형성을위한 중요한 도구이다. 유기 할라이드와 마그네슘의 반응은 그리 냐르 (Grignard) 반응이 아니라 그리 냐르 (Grignard) 시약을 제공한다. 그리 냐르 반응과 시약은 프랑스 화학자 François Auguste Victor Grignard에 의해 발견되었으며, 1912 년 노벨 화학상을 수상했습니다. 그리 냐드 시약은 유기 리튬 시약과 유사하며 두 가지 모두 새로운 탄소 - 탄소 결합을 형성 할 수있는 강한 친핵체이기 때문입니다.
