자이로 스코프
자이로 스코프는 각운동량의 원리를 기반으로 방향을 측정하거나 유지하는 장치입니다. 기계식 자이로 스코프는 전형적으로 액슬이 임의의 방위를 취하도록 자유로운 회전 휠 또는 디스크를 포함한다. 이 방향은 고정되어 있지 않지만 디스크의 높은 스핀 속도 및 관성 모멘트와 관련된 큰 각운동량과는 다른 방향으로 외부 토크에 대한 응답으로 훨씬 작고 변합니다. 장치를 짐벌에 장착하면 외부 토크가 최소화되므로 장착 플랫폼의 움직임에 관계없이 장치의 방향은 거의 고정되어 있습니다. 소비자 전자 장치, 고체 상태 링 레이저, 광섬유 자이로 스코프 및 극도로 민감한 양자 자이로 스코프에서 발견되는 전자, 마이크로 칩 패키지 MEMS 자이로 스코프 장치와 같은 다른 작동 원리에 기반한 자이로 스코프도 존재합니다. 자이로 스코프의 응용 프로그램에는 자기 나침반이 작동하지 않거나 충분히 정확하지 않은 관성 항법 시스템 또는 무선 조종 헬리콥터 또는 무인 공중 차량과 같은 비행 차량의 안정화가 포함됩니다.
