Intergroup은 특정 주제에 대한 비공식적 인 의견 교환과 회원과 시민 사회 간의 접촉 촉진을 목적으로 모든 정치 단체 및위원회의 유럽 의회 의원으로 구성됩니다. Intergroups은 의회 기관이 아니며 의회의 의견을 표명 할 수 없습니다. Intergroups는 1999 년 12 월 16 일에 의장 회의에서 채택 된 내부 규칙의 적용을받으며, 이는 각 의회 임기가 시작될 때 상호 그룹이 수립 될 수있는 조건과 운영 규칙을 규정합니다. 그룹 간 위원장은 개인과 같은 기준에 따라 현금 또는 종류로받는 지원을 선언해야합니다. 선언문은 매년 갱신되어야하며 Quaestors가 보유한 공개 등록부에 보관되어야합니다.
