공작 기계
공작 기계는 금속 또는 기타 단단한 재료를 절단, 보링, 연삭, 전단 또는 기타 변형 형태로 성형 또는 가공하기위한 기계입니다. 공작 기계는 절단 또는 성형을하는 일종의 공구를 사용합니다. 모든 공작 기계에는 공작물을 구속하고 기계 부품의 안내 이동을 제공하는 몇 가지 수단이 있습니다. 따라서, 공작물과 절삭 공구 사이의 상대 이동은 완전히 "오프 핸드 (offhand)"또는 "프리 핸드 (frehand)"라기보다는 기계에 의해 적어도 어느 정도 제어되거나 제한됩니다. 아래에 설명 된 것처럼 공작 기계라는 용어의 정확한 정의는 사용자마다 다릅니다. 모든 공작 기계가 "공작 기계를 만드는 기계"이지만 모든 공작 기계가 공작 기계가 아닙니다. 오늘날의 공작 기계는 일반적으로 인간의 근육 이외에 전원을 공급 받아 절단이나 기타 변형을 포함하는 다양한 방법으로 제조 된 부품을 제조하는 데 사용됩니다. 고유 한 정밀도를 통해 공작 기계는 교환 가능한 부품을 경제적으로 생산할 수있었습니다.
