폴리 우레탄
폴리 우레탄은 카바 메이트 링크로 연결된 유기 단위 사슬로 구성된 폴리머입니다. 대부분의 폴리 우레탄은 가열 될 때 녹지 않는 열경화성 폴리머이지만 열가소성 폴리 우레탄도 사용할 수 있습니다. 폴리 우레탄 중합체는 전통적으로 디 이소시아네이트 또는 폴리 이소시아네이트와 폴리올을 반응시켜 형성된다. 폴리 우레탄 제조에 사용되는 이소시아네이트 및 폴리올은 모두 평균 분자 당 2 개 이상의 작용기를 함유한다. 이소시아네이트가 심각한 독성 문제를 야기하기 때문에 주목할만한 최근의 노력은 폴리 우레탄을 합성하기 위해 이소시아네이트의 사용을 최소화하는 데 전념 해왔다. 비 이소시아네이트 계 폴리 우레탄은 최근 건강 및 환경 문제를 완화하기 위해 폴리 우레탄 중합체의 새로운 부류로 개발되었습니다. 폴리 우레탄 제품은 종종 단순히 "우레탄"이라고 불리우지 만 우레탄이라고도하는 에틸 카바 메이트와 혼동되어서는 안됩니다. 폴리 우레탄은 에틸 카바 메이트를 함유하지도 않고 생성되지도 않습니다.
