Radioisotope renography는 방사성 동위 원소와 관련된 신장 영상의 한 형태입니다. 사용 된 가장 일반적인 방사성 표지 약제는 Tc99m-MAG3 및 Tc99m-DTPA이다. 일부 다른 방사성 표지 의약품은 EC와 131 Iodine으로 OIH로 표시됩니다. MAG3는 Tc-99m-DTPA보다 우수한 진단 제제로서, 특히 신생아, 기능 장애가있는 환자 및 장애가 의심되는 환자에서 더욱 그렇습니다.
