반추 동물
반추 동물은 소화되기 전에 전문화 된 위장에서 주로 발효시킴으로써 식물 기반 식품으로부터 영양분을 획득 할 수있는 포유류이며 주로 박테리아 활동을 통해 발생합니다. 이 과정은 일반적으로 발효 된 ingesta의 역류를 필요로하고 그것을 다시 씹는 것입니다. 식물 물질을 더 분해하고 소화를 자극하기 위해 새우를 다시 태우는 과정을 "반추 동물 (Rumination)"이라고합니다. "반추 동물"이란 단어는 "다시 씹을"것을 의미하는 라틴 루미나르에서 유래합니다. 약 150 종의 반추 동물이 있는데, 국내 종과 야생 종을 모두 포함합니다. Ruminating 포유 동물은 소, 염소, 양, 기린, 야크, 사슴, 낙타, 라마, 영양 및 일부 거대 동물을 포함합니다. 분류학 적으로, 하위 계급 Ruminantia는 세계의 유제류 중에서 가장 진보되고 널리 퍼져있는 초식 동물 계통의 혈통이다. '반추 동물'이라는 용어는 반추 동물과 동의어가 아닙니다. Suborder Ruminantia는 많은 반추 동물 종을 포함하지만 기술적으로 반추 동물 인 유문류와 유대류는 포함하지 않습니다.
