스펙 트린 (Spectrin)은 진핵 세포에서 세포막의 세포막 쪽을 줄 지어주는 세포 골격 단백질입니다. 단백질은 순한 세제로 처리 된 인간 적혈구의 주요 단백질 성분으로 처음 분리 된 이후 spectrin으로 명명되었습니다. 세제가 세포를 용해시키고 헤모글로빈 및 다른 세포질 성분이 씻겨 나갔다. 광학 현미경에서 적혈구의 기본 모양은 외형이 세포의 모양을 보존 한 submembranous cytoskeleton을 포함하는 spectrin로 여전히 볼 수 있습니다. 이것은 적혈구 "유령"으로 알려지게되었고, 따라서 유령의 주요 단백질은 스펙 트린 (spectrin)으로 명명되었습니다.
