편평 상피 세포
해부학 상 편평 상피 세포는 편평 상피 세포 (squamous epithelial cells)라고 불리는 평평한 세포와 같은 가장 표면적 인 층으로 특징 지어지는 상피이다. 상피 세포는이 세포의 한 층으로 구성 될 수 있으며,이 경우 단순 편평 상피라고 불리며, 층상 편평 상피라고하는 여러 층을 가질 수 있습니다. 두 가지 유형 모두 영양소 교환에서 보호에 이르는 다양한 기능을 수행합니다. 편평 상피암에는 편평 상피 세포 암, 기저 세포 암종 및 기타 부속기 종양이 있습니다. 편평 상피 세포는 위에서 볼 때 다각형 모양을 띤다.
