Transamination은 두 분자 사이의 화학 반응입니다. 하나는 아민 그룹을 포함하는 아미노산입니다. 다른 하나는 케 토기를 함유 한 케 토산입니다. transamination에서 한 분자의 NH2 그룹은 다른 분자의 = O 그룹과 교환됩니다. 아미노산은 케 토산이되고 케 토산은 아미노산이됩니다. 생화학에서의 전이는 트랜스 아미나 아제 또는 아미노 전이 효소 라 불리는 효소에 의해 이루어진다. 이 과정은 필수 아미노산이 아닌 합성에 중요한 단계입니다. 아미노산의 키랄성은 아미노산 교환 중에 결정됩니다. 이 반응은 코엔자임 PLP를 사용하고, 동역학 적으로 완벽한 반응 인 것으로 나타났다. 탈 아민 반응의 생성물은 α- 케 토산의 이용 가능성에 달려있다. 제품은 대개 alanine, aspartate 또는 glutamate 중 하나입니다. 왜냐하면 해당 알파 케 토산은 연료 대사를 통해 생성되기 때문입니다. 세린과 쓰 레오 닌은 항상 아미노산을 거치지 않고 세린이나 트레오닌 탈수소 효소를 사용하는 유일한 두 가지 아미노산입니다.
