장간막림프절 상장간막동맥의 분포영역에 있는 다수의 림프절군, 즉 소자에서 100~200, 대장에서 20~50정도 있고, 이들을 총칭하여 상장간막림프절이라고 하며, 그의 영역에서 수입림프절을 모아, 수술관은 모여서 복강림프절로 연결된다. 그 외에 하장간막동맥의 분포영역에도 림프절이 산재하고 있고, 이들을 총칭하여 하장간막림프절이라고 하며, 이들의 영역으로부터 수입림프절을 모아, 대동맥 림프총(叢)에 수출관을 보내고 있다. 이상 둘을 일괄하여 장간막림프절이라고 한다.
