한국어 사전에서 누공 의 정의
누공 병적으로 생긴 작은 구멍. 생긴 시기에 따라 발육상 기형으로 생긴 것을 선천성 누공; 생후에 염증, 종양, 외상 등으로 생긴 것을 후천성 누공; 몸 겉면과의 관계에 따라 심부 조직이나 장부와 피부를 잇고 있는 누공을 외루(外漏), 장부 사이에 통하는 누공을 내루(內漏)로 나눈다. 이 밖에 분비물의 특성에 따라 요루, 분루, 점액루 등으로 나눈다. 누공은 누공에서 나오는 분비물, 누공 주위의 피부미란(皮膚糜爛), 존데(Sonde) 검사, 누공 조영술, 뢴트겐 투시 등으로 진단한다. 기본병을 치료하면서 부식 요법, 괘선법(掛線法)과 누공 소파술, 누관 절제술 및 기타 성형술 등을 배합한다.
