स्वायत्तता
एक स्वायत्तता म्हणजे सरकारची अशी व्यवस्था ज्यामध्ये सर्वोच्च शक्ती एका व्यक्तीच्या हातावर केंद्रित असते, ज्याचे निर्णय बाह्य कायदेशीर निर्बंध नाहीत किंवा लोकप्रिय नियंत्रणाचे नियमीत यंत्रणा आहेत.
