इंग्रजी मध्ये BIOPSY म्हणजे काय?
बायोप्सी
बायोप्सी एक वैद्यकीय चाचणी आहे जी साधारणपणे एका शल्य चिकित्सकाने किंवा इंटरव्हेन्शनल रेडियोलॉजिस्टने परीक्षणासाठी पेशी किंवा ऊतींचे नमूने समाविष्ट करते. एखाद्या रोगाची उपस्थिती किंवा मर्यादा निश्चित करण्यासाठी जिवंत जातीमधील ऊतींचे वैद्यकीय उपचार काढून टाकणे हे आहे. पॅथॉलॉजिस्टने सामान्यतः सूक्ष्मदर्शकाखाली ऊतींचे परीक्षण केले जाते, आणि रासायनिक विश्लेषणासही त्याचे विश्लेषण केले जाऊ शकते. जेव्हा एक संपूर्ण लंप किंवा संशयास्पद क्षेत्र काढले जाते तेव्हा त्या प्रक्रियेला एक एक्शिसियल बायोप्सी असे म्हणतात. टिश्यूच्या पेशींच्या हायस्टोलॉजिकल आर्किटेक्चरच्या संरक्षणासह टिश्यूचा केवळ एक नमुना काढला जातो तेव्हा त्यास एक अनियमित बायोप्सी किंवा कोर बायोप्सी असे म्हणतात. टिशू पेशींचे हायस्ट्रोलॉजिकल आर्किटेक्चर संरक्षित केल्याशिवाय पेशी काढून टाकल्या गेल्यास अशा प्रकारच्या सुईने ऊतक किंवा द्रवपदार्थाचा नमुना काढून टाकला जातो तेव्हा त्यास सुई अशांती बायोप्सी म्हणतात. संभाव्य कर्करोगजन्य आणि प्रक्षोभक स्थितींमध्ये सूक्ष्मदृष्टीने बायोप्सीची कामगिरी केली जाते.
