इंग्रजी मध्ये CHILLI म्हणजे काय?
मिरची मिरची
मिरचीचा मिरर पिझ्झाच्या झाडापासून फलोत्पादनाचा फळ आहे, नॉटहेड कुटुंबातील सदस्य, सोलनएसीए. ब्रिटन, ऑस्ट्रेलिया, न्यूझीलंड, भारत, मलेशिया आणि इतर आशियाई देशांमध्ये "मिरर" हा शब्द सहसा वगळला जातो. ज्या पदार्थांनी मिरचीची मिरची टाकली जाते ती त्यांची तीव्रता अधिक प्रमाणात वापरली जाते किंवा कॉम्पेसायिन आणि अनेक संबंधित रसायनांना एकत्रित करते ज्या एकत्रितपणे capsaicinoids म्हणतात. मिरची मिरचीचा जन्म अमेरिकेत झाला. कोलंबियन एक्सचेंजनंतर, जगभरात पसरलेली मिर्च मिरचीची अनेक कडधान्ये अन्न आणि औषध दोन्हीमध्ये वापरली जातात. 16 व्या शतकात पोर्तुगीज नेव्हीगेटर्सने मिरची आणली. भारत मिरची मिरचीचा जगातील सर्वात मोठा उत्पादक, ग्राहक आणि निर्यातदार देश आहे. आंध्र प्रदेशातील गुंटूर भारतात उत्पादित केलेल्या एकूण मिरच्यापैकी 30% उत्पादन होते आणि आंध्रप्रदेश राज्याने भारतातील 75% मिरची निर्यात केले.
